The Woolley Mammoth or Mastodon, went extinct a long time ago. But lately there has been an influx of available genetic material and one would guess, long preserved Mammoth Jerky, while I wouldn't recommend eating the latter, I would look forward to genetic cloning to the Woolley Mammoth and reintroduction, but that's just me.
